Today's kettlebell is a tribute to parents - specifically MOMS. Moms are the heartbeat of most family units.

We have all seen the posts/research:
Healthy and fit moms increase the odds of healthy and fit kids and families.

But, it's freaking tough.

Society layers on so much guilt and shame when moms prioritize themselves.

When tough times happen, it adds more weight. It's heavy AF.

This is where you come in...
